Paul Chung is the President and Owner of Geotech Engineers Inc. He has over 45 years of experience as a geotechnical engineer in the DC Metro area. Paul founded Geotech Engineers Inc. in 1987. Starting with the idea of providing quality engineering services to all facets of clients, Paul transformed GEI from a basic engineering firm from his home to a company that has performed thousands of engineering projects around the area. Paul is also a peer reviewer for DPIE and regularly takes part in ASCE conferences. Paul is a graduate of University of Seoul, B.S. and University of Iowa M.S. of Geotechnical Engineering.

Dillon Furbay is the Vice President of Geotech Engineers Inc. He has over 15 years of experience in construction and engineering. Dillon is responsible for managing all activities of the firm involving engineering, construction inspections, quality control/quality assurance activities and laboratory operations. He works daily to ensure all inspections are in compliance, engineering projects are proceeding with scope and firm is accomplishing its projects successfully. Dillon has vast experience in field inspection, material testing and engineering investigations. Dillon is a graduate of University of Maryland, B.S. in Construction Management.

Vince (Weixi) Zeng our Senior Geotechnical Engineer at Geotech Engineers Inc. He has over 15 years of experience as a geotechnical engineer DC Metro area, New York City and China. He specializes in geotechnical engineering, pavement design, and retaining wall projects, with expertise in areas such as slope stability analysis, deep foundation, ground improvement techniques, foundation design, and retaining wall design. Vince is a graduate of University of Iowa B.S./M.S. of Geotechnical Engineering.

Pi Pi is the Laboratory Manager for Geotech Engineers Inc. He has nearly 20 years of experience in material testing, inspections, laboratory testing and laboratory accreditation. His past experiences providing special inspections is including A/B Connector, D/E Connector at BWI Airport.
